Alexandra (Lengen) Bellanti

Alexandra Bellanti is our associate attorney and an integral part of our legal team. She practices in the areas of premises liability and personal injury law, employment law, civil rights law, and insurance law, and enjoys taking on new areas of the law as the opportunity arises. Ms. Bellanti specializes in legal research and writing, and has prepared complex pleadings and briefing in cases throughout Colorado.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Bellanti practiced in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While there, she represented individuals in the areas of federal employment and civil rights law and was admitted to practice in the Northern, Western, and Eastern Federal Districts of Oklahoma. In law school, Ms. Bellanti spent two years as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Carlos Chappelle in the Civil Division of the Tulsa County District Court. This experience gave Ms. Bellanti exposure to a wide variety of legal issues and the process of civil litigation. She supplemented her studies in international civil rights through spending time in Geneva, Switzerland where she took classes from experts in the field and attended the United Nations Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Ms. Bellanti was also an active volunteer for Tulsa CASA, Inc. where she acted as a Court Appointed Special Advocate. In this position she advocated for children involved in the Tulsa area family court system and worked with a team of people to advance the child's best interest and ensure their needs were met. Ms. Bellanti and her family moved to Colorado in 2013, and she joined our practice shortly thereafter. Outside of her practice, Ms. Bellanti enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching movies, skiing, and enjoying all that beautiful Colorado has to offer.
